A 300,000 sq ft building with 225,000 sq ft of cooler and freezer space, 38,000 pallet locations and a 75,000 sq ft cold dock with an 80-foot-deep loading dock. Temperatures adjust from -10°F to 35°F, serving dairy, produce, bakery, seafood, meat and poultry shippers. Sister dry building on the same road. Hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
