Account Information: When you create a listing account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company name.

Listing Data: Information you provide about your warehouse facility, including address, specifications, services, and contact details.

Usage Data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, search queries, and browser information.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive subscription status and billing history from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate the directory service; display your warehouse listing to searchers; process subscription payments; send account-related communications; and improve the platform.

3. Information Sharing

Your listing information (facility name, address, specifications, services, certifications) is publicly displayed to searchers. Contact information (phone, email) is shown only when a searcher clicks a reveal button.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (website hosting).

4. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database access is restricted and monitored.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is retained for 30 days (for reactivation purposes) and then permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may: access and update your account information at any time through your dashboard; request a copy of your data; delete your account and all associated data; and opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie settings in your browser.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
