1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using American Warehouse Index ("AWI," "we," "our," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AWI is a directory listing service that connects businesses seeking warehouse space with warehouse operators. We provide a search-and-filter platform for discovering warehouses and a listing management system for warehouse operators to publish their facility details.

AWI is a directory and information platform. We do not broker warehouse transactions, negotiate leases, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing information. All business arrangements between searchers and warehouse operators are made directly between those parties.

3. Accounts

To list a warehouse, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keeping your listing data current.

4. Listing Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your warehouse listings. Listings must describe real, operational warehouse facilities. Misleading, fraudulent, or fictitious listings are prohibited and will be removed.

By publishing a listing, you grant AWI a non-exclusive license to display your listing content on the platform and in search results.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Active warehouse listings require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($25/listing/month) or annually ($210/listing/year). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your listing remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it is removed from search results.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AWI to: scrape or systematically download listing data; send unsolicited communications to contacts found through the platform; create fake or misleading listings; interfere with the platform's operation; or violate any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

AWI provides a directory listing service only. We do not verify the accuracy of listing information, inspect facilities, or guarantee the suitability of any warehouse for your needs. All information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
