Over 500,000 sq ft of public warehouse space including 45,000 sq ft of purpose-built hazardous materials storage, chemical storage, and more than 5 acres of fenced, rail-served yard for lumber, steel and bulk commodity transloading. Handles pulp and paper, chemicals, lumber, beer, bricks, refrigerant, graphite, food and grocery, and general merchandise, with foreign-trade zone services.
